Linda Fawke – A Taste Of His Own Medicine

A Taste Of His Own Medicine by Linda Fawke is a great book to just delve into during these cold and dark evenings. An enjoyable read that just flowed at the right pace.

The plot was a brilliant one! We see Kate attending a 30-year college reunion where things, for some, are not as they seem. Kate herself is planning to get revenge on an old lover, but as we know, nothing is ever that simple. Events take an unexpected turn and.. well you will have to read it if you wish to know more!

An excellent plot with a complex and believable main character in Kate. I was very sympathetic at first, towards her but then her darker nature begins to appear. The descriptive writing is perfect, it sets the scene and you feel like you could be with them all at their reunion. It does have one final twist that makes it possible for a second story also, which is good news for me anyway!
