This is a series I have to say is one of my favourites overall! It is easily read as a standalone, but let me tell you, you would be missing 17 amazing books if you do! Carla Kovach has been at the top of my go-to authors ever since I won her book years ago
The Gina Harte series is one that just keeps going from strength to strength. Every single book has me reading non-stop, from start to finish! Gina and her team find themselves with the case of a body being found in a car parked on a drive. As usual, they encounter a mystery to solve, and it’s not easy. This one may just be closer to home than they think. As the questions seem to outnumber the answers, will they find the answers they need? And in time?
Gina Harte is a woman whose life I have closely followed over the years, and she never gets boring! I feel like I am returning to old friends every time there is a new book. I just can’t recommend this series enough!
I love how Carla Kovach has the skill to keep coming up with unique and refreshing plots.I classify her as a master storyteller and look forward to Gina’s return!

Carla has been writing seriously since her mid-thirties. She started by writing stage plays which led to her producing and directing her own full length piece of theatre. After that, she decided to write films and books where she began by self-publishing. In the past, she has acted in a few indie films and has also co-owned a photography and video production company.
