A family whose parents have, to all intents and purposes, committed suicide together. The three siblings, Flo, Ezra, and Jess, each have reasons not to be at Armett House. The longer it takes, the more secrets arise. As they bubble to the surface, the siblings find they have more answers to find.
It’s often said you don’t know what goes on behind closed doors. This book brings that saying sharply into focus. The layers of this story slowly peel away as the twists and turns ramp up the tension and intrigue.
The Perfect Parents is a perfect blend of psychological thriller alongside a domestic noir. This creates a unique read, I certainly found it different. I enjoyed this so much that I couldn’t help but turn the pages, even when I needed to sleep.
