I’m happy to say today I have a stop on the Someone’s Watching Me by Zoe Rosi blog tour. Thanks to Rachel’s Random Resources and Zoe Rosi for my inclusion on the tour and the physical copy of the book to bring my honest and unbiased review.
Is someone dangerous out to get her? Or is it all in her mind?
Becky’s life is almost perfect. Growing up, she could never have imagined living in such a safe, beautiful home, with a boyfriend as loving and kind as Alex, and hopes for a little family of her own. But then stand-offish Max moves in next door, and things begin to fall apart.
First, someone starts trolling her social media. Then she finds her tyres slashed. By the time she discovers the dead bird, left waiting for her like a prize, she’s sure someone is after her. And having spied some strange goings-on beyond her kitchen window, she suspects that person is Max.
Frightened, Becky turns to Alex for help, but she’s surprised to find that he and Max have become firm friends—and that Alex is convinced it’s all in her mind. But when news of a missing young woman breaks, Becky knows she has to do something. She’s sure she’s seen this woman in Max’s home—hasn’t she?
With Alex concerned that she’s losing her grip on reality, does Becky dare keep digging, knowing her almost-perfect life could shatter into imperfect little pieces?

Zoe Rosi having a new book out creates an excitement for me. I read and adored her first psychological thriller so was really looking forward to Someone’s Watching Me.
A fast-paced read that I found that I couldn’t put down at all. Zoe Rosi has cemented her place as one of my favourite authors with this book.
We meet Becky, a woman with everything. A partner that’s perfect for her, a great job and a home she loves. Well, that’s what it seems anyway. Then a new neighbour moves in and things begin to slowly fall apart. Weird stuff happening at work, arguing with Alex, her partner. Becky feels like she is being watched or is she being paranoid? She feels her life is spiralling, everything unravelling and she can’t do anything.
A taut, twisty and suspense filled book that creeped me out as well. Definitely one of those stories that make you close your curtains and look over your shoulder. Each character is developed well and Becky had me wondering what was in her head and what was real. I think that this is a perfect psychological thriller to read on a dark night! Just to increase the tension that bit more, I read it in the day, just in case you were wondering.
Zoe Rosi definitely kept me guessing and there is even a great twist at the end that I wasn’t expecting. In fact I spent most of this book wishing I really was in Becky’s head. Stalking is a crime that has the power to make anyone feel crazy and the author has portrayed that perfectly. Someone’s Watching Me is perfect for any psychological thriller fans and I highly recommend it.
