Today, I’m so excited to bring you Debbie Viggiano’s latest release, Sadie’s Spring Suprise. Thanks to Rachel Gilbey of Rachel’s Random Resources and Debbie Viggiano for the copy of the book to take part.
When Sadie Harding’s posh wedding to Felix Barrington-Jones is abruptly cancelled, she’s devastated. While tears are to be expected, surely taking to her bed for a prolonged period is a little OTT? But that’s because Sadie has a secret about what really happened prior to everything being called off. And the guilt is unbearable.
Three years later Sadie has a new guy in her life, but this chap has four legs, not two. William Beagle is a rescue dog that suits her perfectly. He parps like a man, snores like a man, and loves her unconditionally. But what she hadn’t reckoned upon was an unexpected dispute of ownership with the gorgeous but grumpy Jack Farrell.
Jack has his own problems. Namely blackmail. The last thing Sadie ever anticipated was being unwittingly implicated. When a peaceful walk turns into a police investigation and William Beagle’s mugshot is splashed across the papers, she’s badly triggered. Can Sadie finally confront the demons of the past in order to face the future?
Sparks are set to fly in this gorgeous romantic comedy about love, trust, and new beginnings.

I was introduced to Debbie Viggiano’s writing last year. I have to admit I didn’t realise what I was missing. She writes such addictive and uplifting stories that I wished I had found her books earlier.
Sadie’s Spring Surprise is just as good as I found Debbie Viggiano’s previous books. Her characters are likeable, believable, and relatable. Sadie and Jack, both of the central characters, are three-dimensional, and both have interesting back stories, too.
I warmed to Sadie immediately and was intrigued with her. I was glued to the book as I really felt I needed to see if she got her happy ever after that I felt she deserved. I love it when animals are in the story, too. Having my own dogs, it’s so great to read about a characters pets, too. I had some laughs at William Beagles behaviour anyway and thought it made a change from my dogs doing it!
A romantic comedy that cheered me up no end. I was chuckling constantly throughout and still smiling to myself after I had finished the book. A superbly written book with a style of writing that draws you straight into the story and with the humour woven so well into the story too, it took me no time at all to reach the end. It arrived way too soon for my liking. I felt like I was leaving friends almost. Debbie Viggiano always manages to draw me in and keep me there.

Debbie Viggiano has again written a romantic comedy with plenty of heart and laughter along the way. An amazing book that stays in your mind for a while after putting it down.

Prior to turning her attention to writing, Debbie Viggiano was, for more years than she cares to remember, a legal secretary. She lives with her Italian husband, a rescued pooch from Crete, and a very disgruntled cat. Occasionally her adult children return home bringing her much joy… apart from when they want to raid the fridge or eat her secret stash of chocolate.
