Zara Stoneley – Dogsitter

‘Dogsitter’ by Zara Stoneley had a smile on my face almost immediately. The first chapters put me in such a good mood. This is my first book by Zara Stoneley and I am scratching my head wondering why I left it so long.

Becky arrives to house and dog sit for the gorgeous Bella in the beautiful Lake District. The only problem is she has to stand guard on Bella due to Georgie’s ex-boyfriend Ash claiming Bella is his dog…and he wants her back! Becky is not even allowed to talk to Ash.

Ash is one heck of a gorgeous guy and it is no wonder Bella loves to see him and Becky’s imagination runs riot when she does as well! This does not bode well seeing as he is supposed to be the one she has to fend off Bella.
Becky herself has taken this job to escape her own life, needing inspiration in her job and an ex that knocked her down and as a result, her confidence is as low as it could be.

A really great light-hearted romantic comedy story that has such realistic characters that even almost make you fall in love with them. If you aren’t doing that you are chuckling at their antics with the stunning backdrop of the Lakes.

Thanks to Rachel’s Random Resources and Zara Stoneley for the copy of the book for my review today.
