‘A Body In Seaview Grange’ by Dee MacDonald is the second book in the Kate Palmer Mystery series which is set in Cornwall. A cosy mystery that is so nice to read in the evening now the nights are drawing in.

58-year-old Kate is a nurse, who has moved into a cottage with her sister Angie. They were both planning to retire but as always, they find that the repairs on the cottage are bigger than they first thought. Kate is working part-time for the local doctors as a nurse. She is sent to Seaview Grange, to tend to a patient in one of the flats there. Edina, the patient is found dead and Kate ends up getting involved trying to find out what happened, much to the disdain of the police on the case.

This is a classic whodunnit and I really did have fun reading this. It is my first time reading a Dee MacDonald book and found it great. Kate is almost a Mrs Marple type of character and I could envision her trying to discover the culprit in the grange!
Thanks to Bookouture and NetGalley for the book so I could write this review today.
