I was truly drawn to The Tree Beasts due to the cover, which is striking in design. Luckily the story lived up to the promise!
An enthralling mix of mystery, folktales and horror all combined make for a magical, creepy tale with a very unique plot.

It begins with Paul Gold, a young boy, going missing which is not a new thing, children have been disappearing over the years. The story moves forward in time and follows his family. Katie, his sister is now in a relationship with the last person to see Paul before he mysteriously disappears within the area of some creepy woods that people are unsure of and some even think that some of the trees actually bear resemblance to the children who have gone missing. This causes consternation for her parents. Things begin to happen that cause Katie and her mother to start looking into events on the Island, the only trouble is some people don’t want such secrets uncovered.

Such an original story that hooked me from the cover. A Spine chilling and beautifully written book that managed to mesmerise me from beginning to end. Thanks to Books On The Bright Side for the book so I could take part in this mysterious yet magical Blog Tour.

Thanks so much for being part of the blog tour today Sharon x
