A.D. Hay – Missing

Missing by A.D Hay is a Novella which is a mystery thriller and the beginning of a series.

James is the chief editor of a small newspaper and the main character in this story. He doesn’t find his work as interesting as it could be, but soon he may be eating his words. His girlfriend, Valentine, who is also a journalist just leaves and James finds himself with a blank column in the Culture section of the paper unless he quickly cobbles something together. He decides to do a piece on the local museums finest acquisition Excalibur. The only problem is, it’s been stolen and to add to it all, someone has been murdered! James decides to try to find the sword so embarks on a mission he would have never imagined could be happening to him. Taking him down roads never travelled and some he wished he never even went down!

I was surprisingly intrigued as to what would happen next and found this mystery kept me going until I had finished the final page. I am looking forward to seeing where the author takes the story next. Thank you to Sarah Hardy of BOBTS Publicity for inviting me to join this blog tour.
